Quoted: Just received my Midwest 17X railed handguard. The top went on easy but the bottom rail was hard to get on. Once on, the bottom rail was rock solid, but the top rail has a little play. My thnking <- (the cause of most of my lifes problems) is that the bottom rail may be holding the delta ring back just enough to keep it from snugging up to the top rail. This is on a 16" heavy barrel Bushmaster. Can anyone give me any advice and/or opinons to tighten up the top rail. Thanks
