they say about 5-6k without cleaning/lubing in one session, assuming u let it cool off between periods of fire.

i think he means from overheat and siezing, but he might be refering to malfunctions.....regardless, IBTL

There are too many variables, such as chrome lined, semi or full auto over what period of time, what maintenance is done to the AR. Very few people every really manage to shoot out an AR barrel.

However this has been posted a million times if you just want to know how fast you can wreck a semi auto AR by banging away on the trigger like a monkey
