This might be a dumb question but here it goes...  Is it possible to install a flash hider or a muzzle break on a Rock River Varmint A4 upper?

It is possible to install that on any upper (barrel).

h/w, the bbl will have to be threaded to accept the muzzle device (dont use the slip ones)

Once the barrel is threaded, it's no problem.
Basic barrel threading is the most popular of my shop services.
