I have a carbine with a Samson FF rail on it.. I am going to mount an EOTech on it, but I like my optics mounted further forward than on th flattop.. Is it a problem to mount the EOTech half on the rail and half on the flat top?? Thanks |
The mounting portion of the EOTech is actually only a small section of the underneath of the optic. So, you could have the EOTech pushed all the way forward on your upper receiver with the battery compartment sitting over your hand guards and still have solid mounting.
