any of you guys have problems changing barrels? any tips? hints? I have a heavy barrel but would like to get the superlite on. Skill level?

As long as you have the right tools it is pretty easy. Go to the build it yourself forum for detailed instructions. Most questions can be answered with a little reading in that forum.
