How much does elevation change, if any, when switching aperatures on an A3 carry handle with a rifle-length (20") sight radius?

I realized this weekend I sighted in my rifle at 50 yards (IBSZ) using the small aperature.

Thanks in advance,

Novice shooter.

An actual shooting-related question and nary an answer.

Maybe I should have asked what cool new accessories are coming out soon

It isn't "suppose" to make any difference. Although you might notice a slight difference if you shot benchrest with the rifle I don't think there's any practicle difference at typical combat ranges with combat holds. I think all the manuals I've seen say to sight in with the small aperature. I've done it and use the small aperature 90% of the time. But I can't tell the difference when I flip to the larger aperature.

The only rifle I have with the A2 sight is an A2 upper. I have no experience with A3's and their removable handles.

But I think you're worrying about nothing.
