in ban states?  Are these fetching prices in such places of what they were everywhere before the ban ended?

Nope, You might get $ 350-400 for a Colt lower, but you won't get pre-ban prices.

I was thinking of trading my preban TBOR Oly lower off to someone in a ban state in exchange for a couple of new lowers, but wasn't sure what the going rate was.

And in those states, does shipping in just the complete lower maintain it's preban status?

As far as the nutty state laws that are left-I think shipping it in it's preban status is about all any of us can do.
