Troy,
So do you recommed this FAL/ACOG set up over an AR based 308 rifle with the same ACOG? I still don't like the though of having to deal with that morphidited dust cover. Looks like a bitch to clean. |

Well, in the best AR15.com tradition, I "got both."  The AR10 is definitely more refined and has better aftermarket support, and mine has run perfectly for years. I like my FAL a lot, and it's also been very reliable, but the design is somewhat less versatile. But if you want/like the FAL, than a TA11 on the GRSC/DSA mount is the way to go. -Troy |
