[ARCHIVED THREAD] - CMMG lower trigger question

I'm looking at ordering 2 CMMG lowers later today or tomorrow and was curious on their order pager it has trigger options, whats the JP Trigger, the Two Stage Trigger? Whats the difference? What about KNS pins?

I did and there was nothing on the JP, KNS and the 2 stage trigger didnt really answer my questions. What are the benefits and differences on the triggers and are KNS pin reatainers a good way to go?
