There is no such thing as "smallbore highpower hunter class" in NRA rifle competition. For starters, "smallbore" is 22 rimfire. If you are talking about NRA Highpower Sporting Rifle, I doubt any scoped HBAR AR will make the weight limit (9 lbs max with sights). |
