It's a mcguffin. Only MarkM knows what it means. But, any time a number is called for, it's the one. +87 The mag holds 87 rounds. I need 87 of them. etc... ad nauseum... |

"87 was the answer to all stupid questions" this was per markm. Basically, it was the answer given to questions... whose answers are obviously personal taste. Questions where there are no clear cut definites... only matters of opinion, and personal use. Here... I will give examples.... "how many mags should i have?" "how much ammo should i have?" "how many ARs should i own?" "at what range should i zero?" etc etc Each one of us, can answer the above questions differently... based on our personal opinions. There are no right answers. MarkM was just trying to say, "make your OWN decision, based on your OWN needs, and don't rely on others." I respected him for that & i did see the point he was trying to make. |
