Has anyone had any experience with adjustable gas tubes.  

I built a 300 whisper in an ar, and heard that if you installed the adjustable gas tube, you could get the sub-sonic rounds to work correctly.

Any help in this area would be appreciated!

look up twl in the equipment exchange, he deals mgi products and they offer an adjustable gas tube and he should be able to answer all of your questions.
