I placed an order with SAW, I think, online last week.  I never got a confirmation email or anything ike that, there doesn't appear to be a corresponding charge on my card, and no package has arrived.  Obviously I don't want to double order.  For those of you that have ordered from them in the past, what is the turnaround time like, and did you get a confirmation email?

I have had similar challenges in the past.

Once my buy went through and once it did not.

Best bet is a call to them and second is an email.

The latter usually turned around in a day or so.

You didn't mention how much you spent - there is a $50 minimum order.

Well, finally got to call today, to no avail.

Also emails are returned as undeliverable.

I did find an order confirmation in my junk email, but some lot of good that does me when the order was placed 15 days ago with no update.

 I too had a problem with an order . Their online ordering stystem too a crap and lost some orders . Call again and ask for Tina and I'm sure she will quickly set things right . After the first of the year they will have an all new online ordering system and all should be happiness again .

Whatta ya know, just got a shipment email from them saying the package is on its way.  Of course it's set to arrive the day after I leave to go out of town......

Hopefully it'll still be on the porch when I get home.

I know at work I can not order from SAW, but at home no problem.

They will get to it, the only complaint I have with them is it takes forever to get your stuff.  Not really forever, but seems like it.  They are a small operation that is very busy, just wait it will be worth it.

I have the best luck sending order/billing/shipping/contact info by fax, and to include my email.  Tina will send an email when the items ship.

SAW is very, very busy!

If you are going to call, the best time is around 2:00 pm central time for me

The package was there on my doorstep when I got home, one day early.

I'm not entirely sure the whole order is there, but I have to go through it more closely when I get back from xmas.
