| I placed an order with SAW, I think, online last week. I never got a confirmation email or anything ike that, there doesn't appear to be a corresponding charge on my card, and no package has arrived. Obviously I don't want to double order. For those of you that have ordered from them in the past, what is the turnaround time like, and did you get a confirmation email? |

I too had a problem with an order . Their online ordering stystem too a crap and lost some orders . Call again and ask for Tina and I'm sure she will quickly set things right . After the first of the year they will have an all new online ordering system and all should be happiness again . |
