[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help selecting an upper

Here are my requirements:

Must be a "complete" upper
16" barrel
mid length gas system
Chrome lined
Flat top
1:7 twist
government contour
5.56mm chamber
Flash suppressor

The only one I've been able to find so far is the SDI/Talon Arms.
I've heard CMMG makes one that meets all the criteria but I can't access their site at the moment.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have the SDI upper and it is, so far, excellent. 3 x 3 shot groups sighting in irons at 100 yds., all less than 3/4 inch. Works for me. Besides, the quality of the parts/fit/finish is outstanding as well.
