Hi, I have a LMT A4 upper with the F front site on it. I was going to buy a backup rear site and put my old 2x20 compact Trij on it but found that the Trij needs a special mount. I emailed Trijicon with my questions but haven't heard back yet. The Trij worked great on my old A2 handle, and I could look through the bottom of it and see and use my iron sites just fine. I need a quick fix solution so I can mount my Trij on my flat top until I can get a flat top mounted trig (bigger and different model) down the road. Ultimately, I want a flip up back up iron site that will co-witness through a newer Trij. I would use the detachable carry handle for something else. My carbine is ready to shoot but doesn't have anything but a front site.  I would like to get a detachable carry handle to mount my trij like it was on my A2 carry handle. Where can I get one quick that will will allow me to see both the iron sites (under the trij) and use my scope too? I am itching to shoot this puppy!! Thanks! |
| What about ARMS#38 swan sleeve.Gives the 1" rise needed with the #40 BUIS.Mount the sight on a QD throw lever mount that may be what you need.If you dont like seeing the front sight base through the sight you can shave it off and get the Bushmaster modular flip up/down front sight base. |
