does anyone have the Bushmaster Carbon 15 Flat-Top Crbine?

Mine seems to jam up a lot on me and I can't figure out why? Some say it's because it's made of carbon fiber. At first it was my magazine, so i replaced it, but it still jams up.

sometimes the next catridge won't feed and sometimes the bolt and charge handle doesn't fully cycle.

any suggestions?

If you can't get it to work, send it back.

What kind of mag were you using? Then what mag did you switch to? What ammo were your using?

Short cycle could be ammo or check your gas key and make sure it is securely staked down.

I had one, it would jam the first few mags. It was oil in the chamber causing the problems.

Try drying your chamber completely, get ALL the oil out. Shoot winchester white box through it and see what happens.

I bought one not to long ago.  I've had no problems.  I shot 1500 rounds through it and not one jam.  One problem I've heard is if you over lub it.  The carbon fiber is in a way, self lubricating.  It doesn't need a lot of lub.  I use mil-com tw25b spray and the grease.
