Had a few barrels threaded and they were done 3/16" to a 1/4" shorter thread length than my GI barrels. Problem or not? The threads are .533 long. Just a little over a 1/2" . Whats everyone else think.

I dont see how it would could cause any problems.

Don't really see a problem with the slightly shorter threads. When I had my barrel done I specified 5/8". As long as the FS is secure they should be fine.
