I want to buy a RRA A4 style upper...

well i want to be able to slide a scope on and off also would like to be able to slide a handle on and off.

So is there scope mounts that i could mount on the scope.. then on the rifle... sight in... and be able to take off and on with the rifle being on 0 everytime i put it back on?

I know where i can get the bushmaster handle that slide on and off... but what about scope mounts?

THanks,

Nick

i would not mount any powered scope in the carry handle (except a compact acog) and would not trust the thumbscrews to hold zero.

go with larue tactical for the scope mount.

gandrtactical sells them and he can be located in the industry forum

thumbsrews will hold zero to a point and you would have to somewhat tighten the screws to the same torque everytime.

the larue scope mount has throwlever and you could just flip the levers and off goes the scope, usually people mount buis(back up iron sight) that would fold away and fit under the scope which is what i would do since it leaves less room for error and you never have to remove your irons.

but if you really want to use the carry handle then you could but dont expect too much from it. the trijicon acogs have channels through the base so when you mount them in the carry handle you could easily still use the irons sighting through the channel of the base.
