I have been waiting since july for my rifle from DPMS. I have since gone back and read through the threads on some of these rifle's problems ie: feeding failures. one of the reasons i had to wait so long for the rifle was a qc issue with the bolt carriers. i was concerned about the threads saying that the rifle wouldn't shoot military surplus ammo, so i contanted Bob at DPMS and he checked into this and assured me that the rifle was set up to shoot 7.62 and .308. he says all the chambers are polished for that reason. they must be having a mag problem too as they are waiting until next week to ship the rifle so they can ship it with the two mags it comes with. there is a shortage of mags as i ordered 3 more for the rifle and was told that it may be until late next month before i see those! So i'd like to hear from anyone who already has one of these rifles and thier experiances with them, thanks.hinking.gif |
