I have just ordered my first AR from RRA. How would you all rate their customer service after the sale? Thanks for any feedback.

You should have gotten your rifle from another dealer that belongs here. You could have saved alot of money. i just got my RRA yesterday and I love it.

I apologize...I did not order the rifle directly from them...I ordered it from a local reputable dealer that happens to be listed on the Rock River site. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with repair/warranty work on the rifle. Thanks.

I posted a question on this board about a new RRA I had. RRA responded to the thread. What do you think?

Here was RRA's response to the thread when I was worried about a brown-colored substance in my barrel extension:

A friend of mine broke the rear site on the detachable carry handle of his RRA... and it was completely his fault.  He contacted RRA and they said send them the handle, they'll replace the site for free.  Turnaround time was pretty quick, too.

First hand knowledge, RRA's customer service is TOPS!  I highly recommend RRA for the quality of weapons and courteous, knowledgable customer service staff.
