I posted this in the general section but thought it would get more exposure here: First Samco customer service is an A+ I emailed them about a vertical grip that I had lost the grip plug, and that it was more or less my fault. I have only had it a month so I dont know how it fell out, could have been my fault. But I do need another one. Can you please tell me how to go about it. sweet! i have never dealt with them but do love their pistol grips, i had a similar thing happen today as well. on my new pistol i noticed that the ejector was broken off (probably my doings since it was kinda hard to pull the slide off) call them they got the ser# and i asked if they could just send me a new ejector so i wont have to send the whole gun in and they said if thats what i wanted it will be in the mail to me, no questions asked! |
