Hey all

Theres a fella at my work who is selling one of his "surplus" AR's -

Its an olympic arms lower - and there two recievers hes going to sell together - an old A1 upper and a A3 upper - Right now it has an old stock - Hes also going to add a 3 point CAR for 25$ -

Anyways - he doesnt know what brand the two uppers are - Whats the best way to tell ?
Im going to be shooting it this weekend

Im alittle shy of olmypic arms - not up to par with the RRA that i want . . . .

What markings are on the barrel and upper receiver?

Not sure ( I should be able to get my hadn on it tomorrow )

How do you guys feel about olympic arms ? Ive always been told to steer clear - But hes selling the total package (see above - first post) for about 550$ - yes its with both recievers

I bought a lower back in January of 2004.

Never again. It works, but has the tightest magwell of any AR I've ever dealt with and the finish is purple.
