Sabre has only been active in the US market that I have been aware of for a few years. Dealers on this site only started selling Sabre products under that name in the past 6 months or so. I have heard that the products are high quality, but I have not personally seen any of their products outside of a trade show.

The only Sabre Defence available for now are 16" midlength 1/7 and all kinds of 1/9 barrels/ uppers from Talon Arms and maybe some other sellers at the Equipment Exchange section.

They are taking orders for the 16" 1/7 midlength upper halfs which is due out sometimes this month.

The full complete rifles could be ordered now from the noted dealer.

Here's a couple of threads about Sabre's midlength barrels.

Hello. I have also tried to find info about Sabre. There is not many people who have tested the guns it seems. I have shot a standard Sabre with 20" barrel, no freefloat. It had very good accuracy, and easily shot within one MOA with match ammo. I have not tried enough rounds to give you anything more specific about the accuracy.

I absolutely love my Sabre Defence mid length.  Quality is on par with the ABCs.  Mine is a chrome lined 1/9 barrel with A3 upper that I purchased used from the EE.  Performance has been excellent.  I would not hesitate to buy another Sabre.

We are very happy with Sabre Defence. the quality is outstanding and the customer service is top notch.

Sabre is not as well know as some of the other big names but that is simply because they are newer. Their main business is as a DOD contractor for M2 machineguns and barrels.

We have had great sucess with their barrels and uppers. We will be adding a few additional products to the line up very soon.
Stripped Lowers and 20" 1/7 barrels are on the way.

I got a 1/7 twist mid-length barrel from Talon Arms and am very pleased with it.

When I was sighting my EOTech in at 50yds, I ran a box of 62gr Wolf through it and that resulted in my best group of the day. IIRC, center to center was about .75"for that 5-shot group. That would roughly translate to about 1.5" at 100yds.

Not bad, in my opinion. Hell, that's great with Wolf.

Unfortunately, I ran completely out of ammo after I got the EOTech zeroed and I haven't had the time or money to get any more ordered.

The major difference from the origional factory bushmaster upper I had on my rifle and the sabre barrel I ordered from Talon Arms was the smoother and cleaner looking finish on the sabre barrel.  From what I can tell, top notch machining and finish, they really know their shit.

Contact Talon Arms for your Sabre Defense needs.  I've purchased some SD barrels for custom builds and have been very happy with them.

My Sabre 1/7 flat top middy upper got here today (from Talon Arms, of course), and it's freakin' awesome.  I can't wait to get it together into a whole rifle and shoot it.

I bought one of the Sabre midlength barrels via Talon Arms.  The barrel is great and Talon Arms provided outstanding service.

I highly recommend both.
