I have a 16" ASA that was built in post ban configuration. I want to replace the milled front sight base and replace it with a lug style and also replace the comp with an A2 flash hider. I never realized how much louder the break was until I shot a rifle with a standard fh. From what I can see all I need to do is drill the pin on the bottom of the break and it shoud, within reason, unthread. Chase the threads and install the new parts. Am I missing something and what do I need to watch out for. Thanks, FGC

No need to drill. Just grind it down a little and fish it out with a magnet.
