I just bought a LEO marked Bushmaster A3M4. Is there any difference in this gun and a No-Ban model other than the LEO Markings? Does this increase/decrease value?

Thanks.

no difference

just the markings

no increase in value--just the satisfaction that you more likely have a more unique AR than the guy in the other lane due to the LEO markings

Maybe not much if anything now, but one day off in the the future you may find it would bring a small premium with those markings.

Provided of course they end up removing them from future models for civilian purchase

In 50 years you may get an extra few bucks for it, but not enough to be anything special.  There are plenty of them out there.

So, there you have it, Tom. Hold onto it for 25-50 years or sell it to Lynwood.

I vote to sell the thing.

Thanks for the input guys. I won't actually have my hands on it until this weekend so I can't post actual pictures. If you really want to see them then let me know and I will post them.

Thanks,
Tom

We can driveup to Norcross and you can sell it to him for $1,000, so he can make money on it. If he's selling them for that, he shouldn't have a problem buying one for 500 less.

I think the LEO option is higher value...the whole supply and demand thing.  Less supply = higher $$ if the demand is the same.  Economics 101
