OK- I used to use chrome-moly but now all I use is chrome lined. What I want to know is what is your current round count on your chrome-moly barrel? Chrome-lined? How many did it take before you replaced it? Please keep the mine is bigger than yours talk to a minimum- I wish to see strictly numbers. Thanks  Edit: Also- anyone ever had reliability (FTE, FTF) issues from a non-chrome-lined chamber? |

Honestly I don't think it is such a big deal. The gun I sold in preperation to buy my 6721 was a 10/22. This gun had been rode hard & put away wet many times. Several thousand rounds (like 10), very few cleanings (like 5) and I cleaned it before I sold it. no evidence of rust in barrel, or anywhere for that matter. lucky? who knows I still am ?ing if the 6721 is chromed in the barrel. the chamber is for sure. the crown of the muzzle seems black but the bore inside looks like it could be. called colt but got a blanket "all HBARs past 94 = no chrome |
