You are only copying part of the URL. Start at the top, then highlight, moving the mouse down to the part you can't see displayed. Then copy, and paste. The valid url should end with ".jpg" or some such image extension or it is not complete. The properties window just does not display it all if it is very long. (you right click on the image and select  "properties" then copy the displayed URL in the "properties" window to get the URL from the image.)

Keep trying, you'll get it

either resize it on your PC then upload it, or pick a photo host service that auto-resizes like photobucket.com. You can resize on your PC with microsoft photo editor, comes free with office.

resized it for ya w/ MS PE
