Found one of these guys while cleaning out my gun parts locker. It appears new. Is it worth using or much much should I sell it for on the EE?

These devices are no longer needed since we realized we could 'bump-fire' with no gadgets. You could probably still sell it, though. Check the auctions to see what they're going for.
