Hey Cjan, As I remember you have one of these babies too, Im guessing you have a few Leo's by this point also! The barrel was threaded by Kurts Kustoms and the threads were parkerized, he did a good job, just took about half a year, haha. The three times that it was fired I put a decent amount of rounds through it; I would say a total of maybe 300 rounds at this point. I know and you know that this gun is the same as a damn 6920 at this point, but people are funny and they all want LE's. So Im a bit stumped as to what this gun would sell for, as I don't know how much demand there is for a non LE carbine. Any Ideas?

I've seen two of them sell locally used for $875 and $900 respectively. Neither of them had been modfied from their original postban condition either. Yours could be worth a little more than that considering the mods you've done. In both cases the M4 marked lowers had a significant "cool" factor to the new buyers. Both 6400s were traded in toward Colt LEO carbines (a 6520 and a 6721). As far as the local market goes, ARs tend to be pretty expensive around here-new or used. |
