I just got a couple of repack kits from Lippman Enterprises. I figured out how to attach the charger to the magazine, and how to fill the magazine using the stripper clips. Sweet.

What I can't figure out is how to pack the bandoleer. Where does the charger go? What keeps the clip from slipping out of the bandoleer? My copy of TM9-1005-319-10 didn't really mention that part.

Any clues for the new guy?

Next time you may want to check out Wu's if want to save some money on the kits.

When the bandoleers come new thay have a string sewn across the top to help keep the pockets closed. This keeps the ammo from slipping out.  You can put the spoon anywhere you want. I usually put the spoon  in the pocket closest to the safety pin so I know which one it's in.

I guess your kitsdidn't come with the safety pin. All bandoleers when new, come with a safety pin attached to it. It's use has been discussed for many years on this site, but I don't think the real answer has been ever discovered. I use it to mark which side the spoon is on. Some people use it to hold the spoon to the bandoleer. I've seen dozens of other reasons for its use too.  Since you don't have one, you don't have to worry about it.
