The FH is an actual A2 FH permattached to a 14.7 inch post ban barrel I cut down from 16", I got off the EE.  The guy I built this for for some odd  (odd!) reason didn't want a bayo lug... I think hes going to go EoTech after he saw mine.  

I think I am going to get an M3 soon myself tho!

It is super easy due to the heating of the metal.  For instance, I can't rattle can something to save me ass.  BUT!!!  The airbrush / heated metal combo makes it super easy.
