This came on my PAWS M16.. Dont know if its original to the gun..Just curious.. When were these made? My lower is circa'85..

Dont know much about the time frame but it is a US Government Forging Code,

My dealer said he thought it was a govt. contract upper, and there were alot of them floating around during the PAWS conv. days.

Anyone else know more??
