Thanks guys!  I'm just trying to make sure one will fit underneath my 3-9x40 scope w/ARMS #22 high rings before I order one.  Looks like it should go..... I have .640" between the top of the receiver and the eye piece of the scope.

For what it is worth, Sargehobbies.....

The new Troy BUIS sits lower than the ARMS 40L. (although I belive you will find the ARMS will fit)
and can be seen .......HERE and the ARMS can be seen ....HERE

and what I have found to be the definitive BUIS page.......HERE

Both are good options

Thanks for the info redfisher, I'll probably stick with the ARMS #40L 'cause I really like their stuff.  I have the #40 on my M4 along with the 22M68 and Cantilever extension for my Aimpoint and I love 'em!
