I picked up an A2 Birdcage FS from Cheaper Than Dirt today for my post ban Colt HBAR..it didn't come with a lock washer...will any 1/2" lock washer from Home Depot work, or should I fork out $5 plus s/h and get a "crush" washer from CavArms...

You'll need a crush washer if you have an A2 birdcage.  It's needed to "time" the suppressor correctly, with the closed portion at the bottom.  Peel washers will work as well.

I've seen them somewhere for  $2.00, $5.00 sounds high to me.
