  Alright I did it, man this feels good. My first photo, if you can view it please reply.  My sons finger is on the trigger which is a NO-NO. His finger was not there until I said say cheese and his reaction was to place his finger there. It's my BIG Mistake I should have caught it.

keep your finger off the trigger until you ready to shoot As a civilian (and in a non-defensive situation), you are ready to shoot when you have identified your target (along with what is behind and in front of it), and you have a good sight picture and sight alignment with the target. |

Great photos, PocketG. The firearms look terrific, as does the action shot. There will be- and should be- a reminder of "never touch that trigger until your ready to shoot" That's a valuable lesson for your boy. I sure wish my dad would have intoduced me to the AR at your boy's age. Nice move. Hey, I thought CT was a snow-covered wasteland this time of year?  Happy New Year, ! |

You are absolutely RIGHT, Never put your finger on the trigger unless ready to fire, I explained that to him. I 've should have seen that thru the camera lens, my lashings.... The Magazine is the Colt factory 9 Rounder. Don't ask me why they did not make it 10 (TEN). The Temp in CT is 62 degrees.
