i have a new no-ban bushy m-4.i want to get an upper for long range,target,varmint type shooting.flat top,obviously,with provisions for bipod mounting.was thinking rock river varmint upper.are there better options in that price range or less?cant spend too much or i wont be able to get enough scope.

Get a Bushy vmatch upper.

White Oak Armament specializes in quality and accuracy. Not too much more $ than from one of the big manufacturing houses......and quality control on assembly is outstanding.
