Anyone know someplace else to get them than Model-1-Sales?

Their's cost $45, and their CAR stocks cost $43, so I may as well just get the CAR stock and take the stock off the buffer tube.

Or is there a limit to the length of the buffer tube?

Could I just use an A2 Buffer tube instead of a Pistol buffer tube and still be legal?

According to ATF, you can use any of those, but if you have a stock-piece in your possession that will fit onto the tube, then you can be charged with intent to manufacture a short-barreled rifle.  So, get rid of any extra stock-pieces and then install what you like.

The ATF plays fast and loose.

So fuckit, I'll get pistol tube buffers as they're only $3 more for piece of mind.

Thanks Troy.
