Have a chance to get what is being called a "Pre-Ban" PWA lower. Lower was made prior to 94.. Are pre 94 AR Lowers worth lots more money than what is now being sold as "No Ban" lowers? What to give the guy fair money but not over pay for it.. Any advice.... Thanks in Advance.. T |
| In Kansas, there is no premium for pre-94 lowers. Depending on options, a bare bones complete rifle with a PWA lower should start out at $500-600, depending on condition. Bump price for options. The lower by itself should be around $100 or so. I bought new PWA receivers for $105. |
Kansas has no ban. Unless you are an FFL and plan to sell in a state with a ban, you stand to lose by paying more for a pre-94 lower than any other lower. It would be illegal for you to cross state lines to sell it in a state that has a permanent ban in place if you do not hold a federal firearms license. You could sell it to an individual in a "Ban" state, but you would have to go through an FFL. |
