I have a 24" Bushmaster Varminter that I am considering threading the barrel for a Phantom FS.  Will this change the harmonics/vibrations of the barrel that I may need to test all types of different ammo again to find the best one for accuracy?  Is this an issue or not?  Appologize in advance if this topic has already been covered in another thread.

While nuthin is as accurate as a propely "crowned" bare barrel, a properly installed FS should not affect your accuracy.

(however the "Phantom" will affect your POI)

BTW, the Vortex G6 is the only FS sold with claims of helping the accuracy of rifles as well as providing the BEST flash suppression, short of suppressors......

Yeah, shouldn't affect accuracy.  Will affect zero.
