Hey Guys this is my first post. I was wondering how difficult it is to start out with a Stripped Lower Receiver and A Lower Receiver parts kit and assemble a complete lower receiver? Thanks for the help in advance.

It's very easy to do with basic hand tools, I took mine apart just for fun. I did trash a spring by accident

easy.  go for it!  you might want to get the USMC m16 tech manual.  it was a lot of help when i started building up lowers.

As a fellow rookie, I can tell you that the lower receiver build was VERY EASY. The only tools I needed were a small punch, a hammer, an allen head for my screwdriver (for the pistol grip), and a credit card (and a little patience) for the front pivot pin spring.

Ever built a jigsaw puzzle??  They are harder than building an AR from parts.

I just put one together for the first time.  I did it in my living room while I was watching TV.  I didn't need a workbench or a vise.  It was easy.  I don't have a lot of experience taking ARs apart.  But, a few tools I bought did help a lot.  The Pivot Pin installation tool (forget the exact name) that I got from Brownell's was probably the most useful.  I'm not sure how it's done without that.  Also, the roll pin starter kit from ADCO was the second most useful thing.  And third, the Bolt Catch (flat on one side) roll pin punch (also from ADCO) made instl. of the Bolt Catch easy.  I also bought and used the set of AR15 roll pin punches from Brownell's, but it probably would make any difference without them.

Just finished my first as well, using the link posted.
I have a tendency to screw things up sometimes
so I used alot of tape on the Rec.

When I got done there was not a scratch on it
which suprised the hell out of me.

If I can do it,you can do it.
