I recently modified my 20" Bushmaster AR. I based these modifications on the USMC SAM concept, i.e. M16A4 with an ACOG. When I got my AR back from Bushmaster, as I also swapped out my post-ban barrel for a pre-ban one, I was surprised by how much the Knights Armament M-5 RAS rattled. The lower portion of the M-5 RAS slides side-to-side, not front to back. It’s relatively tight, less than 1/8" tolerance but enough to make noise. The delta ring appears to be located properly. Is this common and is there a fix anyone might be aware of?

Other than that, the rifle handles great and I am not sure what to do. Thanks in advance.
