I think there is, but non-threaded muzzle attachments have been known to go downrange on occasion.  www.dynasystems-ltd.com/ makes some threading kits that are easy to use.  Buy one and rent it out/resell it/split costs in some way.

I JUST ONE FOR MY HBARII. YOU HAVE TO DIMPLE THE END OF THE BARREL AND LOCK TIGHT IT ON. IT WILL NOT GO ANYWARE. I GOT IT FROM SOG ARMORY. I GOT IT IN THE MAIL ON FRIDAY I ORDERED IT TUESDAY.

What does the business end of that device look like?  From the description on the SOG wesite, it sounds more like an A2 style muzzle brake.

mstang88s, that does appear to be a muzzle brake or compensator, as opposed to a flash supressor.  Have ya shot it yet with something hot like XM193??
