Hi folks,

Will threading & fluting a heavy varmint (in free-floating aluminum tube) barrel , and adding a flash-hider - reduce the accuracy of the rifle ?

as long as you didn't damage the crown, I don't see why it would affect the accuracy.

I had that very thing done to several of my bull barrels and it had no effect on accuracy at all. I'm very happy with the results
