Hit and Run Guns in Norcross Georgia (just outside of Atlanta) has several. The place smells like an ashtray but the guys are good to talk to and there is plenty of AR stuff. I think they have the cheapest prices in the area.

That is where I got mine. They were very good to deal with on the phone and got the lower to my FFL very quickly.

Your local dealer can get them for you from brownells also. I just picked mine up today, paid $295 plus tax & paperwork. Beta-C Mags will not work with these without modifications.
