I am looking for a new complete pre-ban upper. I am open to brand suggestion as long as it fits a Bushy lower. This is what I am looking for: -Flat top -Mid-length hand guards -16in M4 profile barrel(prefer chrome lined) -threaded with Vortex flash supressor -M4 feed ramps -standard FSB with bayo lug -PRI militatary latch Whos makes this or somthing similar??
