Alright, I've been trying to load a few 30 round magazines tonight with stripper clips.  I'm not having much success loading them into the mags.  It's slow for me.  I can probably load a full magazine faster than using 3 stripper clips.  The bullets wont slide down for me easily.  I'm pulling with all my might and they sit their half the time.

Any tips?

What condition are the stripper clips in?
Don't pull, push. Hold mag in one hand, insert stripper into guide, place second hand over cartridges close to the stripper, push both hands together.

Oh, and buy a LULA.

It takews a bit of practice. I will assume that you are using the guide for the clips.

The easiest way I have found is to only use your thumb to push with. Put it at the base of the cartridges, right next to the clip and push straight down. Most binding comes from the rounds "rotating" on the clip and binding. they have to be pushed straight down.

But like I said, it takes practice. It took me a while, but I load mags much faster now than I did at first.

If you have a huge box full of mags that don't belong to you then do this:

-insert spoon on mag
-insert loaded stripper clip in spoon
-holding stripper clip in mag, turn mag upside down
-place first round on table or bench
-lean against mag and rounds until the rounds slide into mage in one motion
-repeat three times per mag

If you care about your mags:

-insert spoon on mag
-insert loaded stripper clip in spoon
-using the web between your thumb and first finger, apply preasure until rounds slide in
-repeat three times per mag

As a side note, you may want to wear gloves because some times the stipper clips are sharp and can cut you.

Once you have the stripper clip in the spoon, turn the whole thing upsidedown, use the end of a table/bench/ammo can and push down.  Put the edge of the can as close to the stripper clip as possible to avoid binding.

Thanks for the tips, I hope more are coming.  I'll practice some of these tips.

These stripper clips and guides are from WU.  Some are loose, when you're putting cartrige in, but most are tighter than virgins. I had to rotate the rounds so they will slide into place.

PS, i do have a lula.  I use it for the range.

Yet another way to accomplish the same thing....
Take the Guide, Key, spoon or whatever you wish to call it.
and place it on the mag, install the first loaded stripper.
with the rounds facing away from you place the bottom of the mag on the bench
Table or whatever surface you have, place your thumb on top of the rounds at the first knuckle
press down hard until the 10 rounds slide down into the mag.
repeat two more times.

well, i've been trying.  I sorta have to rock my hand a little in order to get the rounds to slide down.

I use the meat of my hand, between the thumb and index finger.  I place my hand on the back of the cartridges right next to the clip.  I then push down in one fluid motion.

Some tips:

1)  Using clips takes TECHNIQUE not brute strength.

2)  It's kind of like kick starting a motorcycle.  The motion needs to be smooth and continuous with the same amount of force throughout.

3)  Your hand must follow the contour of the stripper clip.

When I do it the first 10 rounds go in super easy, the next ten usually go in quite smoothly, and the last ten sometimes get hung-up until I refocus on technique.   Stripper clips are WAY faster than by hand or even with a LULA.  It just takes practice and technique.

I think this is the best technique but I may be biased

The LULA may kick ass BUT in a SHTF situation or when at a big shoot where you want to load very rapidly the stripper clips Rule The Roost.
Gotta have both!!

The LULA may save your fingers but stripper clips are 20 times faster.
