YHM light weight handguards
YHM flip-up sight
ARMS #40 back flip-up site
Magpul rail covers

or you could do what most people do in this situation and go to the individual websites & find out for yourself.  Get yourself a calculator and type in the numbers, separated by a "+" sign, and when you get them all entered hit "=".

Here, I'll get you started

Not sure what you mean by "lightweight handguards" so here's a couple:
Carbine 2 Piece Handguard  YHM-9670
Weight 10.3 oz

Light Weight 4 Rail Forearms Carbine Length (Overall length: 7.2 in)
Weight 10.6 oz.

14.5"M4_____________2.0
14.5"M4AK__________ 2.2
14.5"M4MY__________ 2.2
14.5"M4AM (phantom)_ 2.2
14.5"M4IZ____________2.2
16"M4 Dissipator______2.3
16" Superlight________ 1.9
16"M4_______________2.2

Incidentally, unless you're going to be mailing the thing, and can't go over a certain weight, the idea behind a lightweight carbine is not to design to a target weight (unless that's the only goal, and in which case you're addint alot of unnecceary weight there).  You buy the parts/pieces that you like, while trying to maintain a light weight criteria, and you make do with what you wind up with.  If light weight is your only criteria, buy a Carbon-15.
