Assuming the Federal ban sunsets, what will new ARs with all my favorite 'evil' features be called? Unbanned ARs? It gets even tougher when you live in an unfriendly gun state like MA, where assault weapons are banned (MA uses the same legal definition as the Fed ban). Assuming the Fed ban sunsets, preban and postban ARs will be legal, but unbanned ARs will be illegal. |
