[ARCHIVED THREAD] - accuracy comparison

I've read on a few posts that barrel length has very little to do with accuracy, but becomes more of a factor (because of velocity) at distances of 250+ yrds. Can I expect simlar accuracy from a 16" bushmaster barrel as a 20" bushmaster Stainless match barrel at distances up to 200 yrds?

The accuracy of my Colt 20" is roughly the same as my Armalite 14.5" but I think the bullet velocity is about 300 feet per second slower. I think it's worth it though
