OK, now I don't really see why it is OK to post pictures of our ARs on tile floors, concrete driveways, leaning against our cheesy living room furniture but it is NOT ok to post pics of non-nude women holding our ARs. What is up with that? Are we all supposed to be gay or something? I mean it is OK to post pics of MEN with rifles, but not women? What is the evil in a tasteful BOTD thread with no nudity, as long as there is an AR15 or similar rifle in the pic? I just think it's weird to be able to post pics of MEN with rifles, and not women. How about a poll of all those who think a non-nude, AR15 oriented, tasteful BOTD (Babe Of The Day) thread should be permitted. Opinions, please. |
I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the IDF and USAF SP pics early on. The "bikini bimbo" pics I really have no use for. The wives/girlfriends/daughters pics are awesome, even if a few did get pretty risque'.  I'm a pretty "square" guy, so if I don't have a problem with the thread, that sucker should DEFINITELY be unlocked!

I think Diane Feinstein would have a stroke if she saw that picture. QUICK, somebody show it to her!!!  Oh, and BTW, M11293 and n3rday, kindly stfu. If you have such an issue with what you're seeing, DON'T LOOK AT IT. Grow up enough to learn to keep your mouth shut, already.

| I locked it... sorry if some of you would have liked to see it stay. I would have too. The guy was asking for real pics of real women shooting AR15's. I was actually going to participate and post pics of women who shoot with us at FDCC. However, it didnt take long for people to hi-jack the thread and start posting the exact pictures the guy was not looking for. Half of them didnt even have ARs. Had the thread contained pics like the one above etc, with ARs in them... it wouldve been boarderline. But with so many just posting pics of whatever women the can find with whatever gun... well, simply put, it was just off topic here. |

Let me just add, this is a private board, thus subject to the rules of the owners. You don NOT have a right to post whatever you want wherever you want. What everyone "thinks" should be allowed, or not, is fine.....on THEIR board. Just want to make sure that everyone is clear on that. Also. Lets keep in mind that this is AR15.com, not GunBabe.com. There are plenty of other sights out there dedicated to half naked women. As Newarguy said, this is AR GD. For the kind of BOTD thread I think some of you want, you'll be well pleased by the lengthy BOTD thread over in General Discussion. Kisara's pic is the kind I like to see, and would be appropriate here. |

Truly the thread got off topic. It was okay until all everyone did was copy paste photos off of gungirls.com. Which, mind you, is plagiarism. Handing a bimbo an airsoft AR is not the same as photos of real women who actually know how to use one. If you want to see bikini-clad supermodels with guns, I'll send you a copy of Photoshop.
